Our AC unit was working but not well during the heat wave a few weeks ago so we made a request online to have someone from Cross come out and look at our unit. The response time was great as was the level of contact (email, phone, etc.). Melissa helped get everything scheduled and kept us up to date as to when the tech would be here. Micah was kind, respectful and knowledgeable. He was able to walk us through his findings and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a great first experience with Cross and are glad they were recommended to us.
I had an excellent experience with this organization. Communication, value and service at this level are difficult to find. I was extremely pleased with Brian and Tom who performed the Installation of my new air conditioning system. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
The guys did a fantastic job and were friendly! The house was cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived. We are very happy with the furnace replacement thanks Rick and Pat
