Daniel was super helpful, above and beyond diagnosing and fixing the two issues I was having (one which wasn't actually an issue that needed fixing). Demonstrably cleaned up while providing general tips and tricks to maintain drains, as well as discussed other potential issues to look out for and adjacent subjects.
Only complaint I would have is that at one point I received three phone calls from three different people within a matter of minutes to progress through the steps needed to get a plumber out to my home. Just seems to be some administrative redundancy, not actually a real issue, so not enough to remove a star from the rating!
Needed help fixing our shower fast and Birnie was quick in a response and came out in a hour or so to give an estimate. The job was completed the very next day quickly and looks and works great! Highly recommend this company and Chad did great work. Thanks again!
