Our AC wouldn’t turn on Monday, May 25 so I called another company and left a message. After an hour I found some place with great reviews and that’s how I found Spurr. I called 5:15pm and spoke with a rep, she said tech would call after 8am the next day, but we got a call from Nathan within the hour. He said he’d come over on Tuesday evening, and he did. After a check of issues and repair costs and the age of the unit we decided to get a brand new, energy efficient AC. The install was set for yesterday, Saturday, May 30. Two gentlemen came, removed the old, replaced with the new and now we have working AC again!! Oh, and that other company? We still haven’t heard back from them after 7 days. So, in a nutshell, PLEASE USE SPURR!! We did and we couldn’t be happier with the prompt and polite service we have received from Spurr’s team! Thanks to all involved and those behind the scenes, we appreciate you!!
