Just had a service call with Nelson from Shipton's. Just before he arrived, I received an email with his name and his photo so that I would know who to expect at my door. Nice touch. A real professional. Very friendly. Answered my questions. Received good advice on the system (mine is radiant heat so there's a bunch of rads in the house). I know their name from the ads I've seen on TV. They're a long term local family business located on Kenilworth Avenue. They're everything they say they are. Shipton's will be doing my annual service call going forward.
