When they first came in, they charged a couple thousand dollars to rough in the new sink, toilet, and water treatment system. After they left about a week later, we noticed this leaking in the drainage pipe. When we called them back to do the repair they said although they replaced the piece of pipe above and below it that it must’ve cracked on its own because they didn’t crack it and charged an additional $800 just to repair that leak as they now must replace everything including the work they already charged us for. First time home owner. Called Plumbway for quote for a routine service call. The secretary miss quoted a lower price. They called and still honoured the lower quoted price. The plumber, Nathan came to my home on time and was very professional. Walked me through the entire process. Explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I will definitely be calling them for future jobs. Thanks again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE & PEOPLE....I had RAW Sewage backing up into my basement. I called and they came within 2 hours, problem was fixed within an 1 hour and they even cleaned the affected area in my basement before they left. Kim in the office is so helpful and efficient as well. Highly recommend Plumbway for any plumbing issues you may have.
