“The best pluming team! We had Cam and Damian add a new bathroom in our 1950s house and they overcame all the challenges that existed in our old house. We added two new kitchens, updated two bathrooms and added a new one. They updated all the house’s pluming system according to code. We met couple of plumbers and they ghosted us as the job was huge but Infiniti pluming were really above expectations. They are professional and they always found a solution out of any concern we had. Their prices are fair too and they stuck to their estimates (although extra work was done through the process) and did not add to their initial price. They are great for small and huge jobs! “Every time we flushed the toilet upstairs the downstairs kitchen sink would gurgle. I figured out it was the air vent so I got up on the roof with a large snake to (hopefully} clear it. Things did not go as planned. I managed to get the plug or whatever was blocking it to fall down the pipe a ways but when I flushed to check the gurgle the sink now filled up with dirty water. I tried snaking the kitchen sink about five times but wasn't getting anywhere. This was at about 4:30 p.m. On a Friday afternoon I had Rescue Rooter to the house a few years back when I had a blockage and it did a great job so I called them again. They were completely booked but after hearing my story the friendly receptionist said somebody would be there in a couple of hours. In under an hour, Steve showed up, and I did my best to explain to him what had got us to this point. Steve smiled and let me go on, and on, but finally said something like, yeah but, you did call us to do a job right? He got right to it and Steve´s great personality and sense of humor was a joy even under the stressful circumstances.
He was done in under a couple of hours did a great cleanup, and explained how the bypass worked that he installed under the kitchen sink in order to get the snake into the line where it needed to be. That's one heck of a snake you got there buddy and I don't say that just anyone. It was clear I could never have cleared the line, given the size of my little snake. Steve Saved the Day and made a bad situation so much better. Rescue Router must be doing something right to have such great and friendly professionals! Steve saved the day, I totally recommend them.“
