Dave and Rico came to my house last week to help with an old water-meter problem, which needed to be capped off & needed new concrete poured over once it was dug up. My family and I are extremely thankful for how efficient & clean the end-product is, given the tight space and scheduling with the city. My floor drain was backing up I called the city and was told I needed to get a company to use a camera so they could determine if it was on the public part of the drain line. My wife called a competitor and was given a run around. I called Pitton and was pleasantly surprised on there helpful attitude. They explained what had to be done as they are a contractor for the city. I made arrangements through the city and then n with Pitton. The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The plumber (Troy) was very professional and friendly. He explained in detail how the process worked. Troy was amazing. He took the time to not only fix the issue but explain why it happened and provide tips on how to avoid these issues in the future. We need more trades people educating home owners so we can help ourselves
