My furry family members love this location! Gizmo was groomed by Adrienne today and she did such an excellent job. My boy is kind of a crotchety old man these days and she was super patient with him. I appreciate her kindness and being so gentle with my little love ❤️**picture is a before groomed he wanted no part in an after picture yet**

Today I went to petsmart Ancaster location. I was looking for a collar and leash for my dog. Michelle spent over 25 mins with me to explain whats the best for my dog. She was so nice and friendly and extremely helpful. I am very satisfied with what I bought. Thank you ?

This PetSmart is amazing and I have been going here for years. I spend a lot of money here for my 4 cats and 1 dog. I'm fond of all the staff and whenever I need their advice or understanding about any of their products they always take the time to help me. When I come into the doors they always call out my dog's name and say hi to me addressing me most of the time with my first name. This is how I have become personable with these wonderful staff members of PetSmart.I would especially like to thank Mary and Shanon and Sam. Thank you for always making my experience at this PetSmart personable and always there for me with answers to any of my questions.
