Nu-Gen was recommended to me by a family friend following a power surge and blown socket. Of the four electricians I contacted, only Daniel answered the phone upon my first phone call and was able to get his team to check the safety of our electrical system that same day.His team is efficient, professional and friendly. Not being someone with any knowledge of things electrical, I appreciated Daniel explaining the issues to be addressed and solutions.The follow-up call after the job was done to ensure our satisfaction was the cherry on top of a job well done!Services: Electrical inspections

I found Nu-Gen Electrical thru another organization that I once used. First, although based in Hamilton, they also service the Niagara Region where I recently bought a house. Bonus !Second, when Daniel came to look at the work I needed to get done, he was polite and informed. I felt very assured Nu-Gen was experienced and up-to-date. Daniel provided an estimate which was very reasonable. Bonus again!Third, as he was leaving, he asked if I test my smoke alarms regularly. This I do at the start of each month.
