We took both of our cars to Krown Stoney Creek yesterdayThe reception was professional and courteous.The waiting area was very clean and the chairs were arranged to provide for social distancing .Hand sanitizers and masks were provided.We were treated well Our service was prompt and our keys were disinfected before being returned to usThe washroom was clean and well lit.I observed the cleaning of the chairs after a client departedOur car was washed and sanitized when returnedI felt safe and well cared for here at KrownThank you for a job well doneOur cars were both completed in an hour .

The waiting area is always super clean as is the free coffee service and the rest room. Renita on the desk is super pleasant. She always gives you a reminder call the day before your appointment. The service technician always has a fresh paper mat in your vehicle. Great service and good value.
