I had/am having a great experience with Allison. She did a great job initial consult and explained to me what was "out of alignment" and my range of motions and where it should be. The follow up appt was great, she used different techniques in adjusting me and gave me some simple but effective expertises to do.

Allison is the best chiro ever. She explains everything necessary for her treatment and the benefits of it as well as sends you home with homework to continue your positive progress.She's friendly, funny but most important effective! I'd recommend her to anyone!

I had an osteopathy appointment at Hamilton Health & Wellness Centre and I was pleasantly surprised. This was my first time with osteopathy and I found Nancy to be very down-to-earth and easy to talk to. She was also extremely knowledgeable and the treatment itself, was really relaxing…can’t wait for my next appointment ☺️
