I used to go to another person for my hair for like 14 years but my old hair person now only does 2 days a week and they never line up with my availability so I've been looking to find another trustworthy place I had one terrible experience elsewhere but then I tried haircrafters. I came in after attempting to cut my own hair .....it did not go well and I needed my hair cut and fixed I came to this place and was blown away by the quality of cut and care I received I gave the hairdresser more control over what to do since she had to work with my hair mistake I made. Customer service was amazing the day before Good Friday they were soooo busy but still found time to let me and my mom do a walk in and with hardly any wait.My moms cut was great looked really goodMy cut was a bit plain would have liked to see a bit more depth and would have been happy to pay extra maybe lack of communication on my part.Pricing was if anything a bit low compared to other places but if they only offer basic styles and cuts then it’s a great price

I came here last summer and got an amazing hair cut! The girl was so understanding about me being a little chicken about cutting my hair short. But it turned out amazing thanks to her.
I went here again today just for a trim and again had a great experience. Sadly I am awful at remembering names but I'd go here again no doubt. Such a good price for great service and a great cut.
