We recently had a new roof installed by Gerry’s Roofing. We are very happy with the finished product, including the aesthetic improvement and added value and security it brings to our home. Despite booking somewhat late in the season, Gerry’s staff responded in a timely manner throughout each step of the process from the initial project estimate, through to stripping of the old roof, installation of the new one, and final inspection. The work and related clean-up was primarily completed in one day on a roof that presented some difficulties. The roofing crew worked a long and full day. Some minor adjustments were required in the subsequent days and again staff showed up when promised and worked to ensure that all details were completed. We specifically appreciated the work performed by Joel in making those adjustments. We also had a follow up visit at our home with Bernadette to review and discuss our overall experience, obtain our opinions of what worked well, and also identify any potential opportunities for improvement.
