Downtown animal Hospital in Hamilton was very nice and explained everything to me that was going on with my dog Cruiser. I will return cause they answered all my questions and I left Very happy knowing that Cruiser what’s looked after well!

My sister's cat passed away and we frantically called them to confirm (we didnt want to believe it). From the time of our call, to the time we got the ashes back, they were so compassionate and patient with us. My sister was a mess emotionally and they were so understanding and helpful in her guilt process. Her autism made this loss extra hard on her and they went above and beyond! Can't thank them enough for making time for us on such short notice, all the way till the pickup of the urn. Highly recommend ? I know I'll be back with my own animals, hopefully on better circumstances. Thank you for everything! ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
