I was back into the shop with a flat tire issue. A screw in the threads. today was a busy Saturday and they were still able to address my minor issue with awesome customer service. I was back on the road within 20 minutes. Very affordable and honest tire shop. They really just want to satisfy thier customers.Thank you!

Punctured tire, called Nav and they fixed my tire quickly! Excellent service. Every other tire shop was closed on January 2. Decent Tire was open and they now have a new happy customer!!

I was very happy when all other tire places were so busy unless I was buying their tires. They daid come on in I waited less than an hour and I was back on the road with my winter tires on!!
