I have really appreciated working with Stephanie as a counsellor, both in person and virtually. She brings a calm, attentive manner to her sessions, along with a delightful spark of playfulness and creativity. She asks great questions and shares valuable resources. She has guided me through helpful somatic (body-focussed) exercises and supported me in a process of positive change and growth.

I am so happy I found Stephanie. She offers many different techniques including somatic and mindfulness practices in her sessions, which I find extremely helpful. I always feel comfortable and understood in her presence. I highly recommend her!
