I CANNOT say enough good things about the amazing people at Clappison Animal Hospital. I spent a morning calling every vet in Burlington/Oakville and Dundas only to be told they had no spots or no bets working. Amazing thing to hear when you have an ailing pet. Not one asked about my dog, or what the issue was. Not one except for Clappison's. Not only did they show genuine concern, they worked with their appointments to make room and get him in asap. I can't thank them enough, and I would recommend them to everyone! I didn't take the pic at Clappison's, but I figure a review of a vet should at least have a pic of my dog. Lol

I have been to Clappison Animal Hospital several times with friends' pets. They were gentle, kind, and understanding. My cats are now going to this vet, and I have to say their 1st visit went very well. I was given information, choices, options, and time. Vet services are expensive, and outside of fixed costs, this vet's pricing is competitive. Every person I interacted with, from the moment I arrived, was exemplary. A very good experience.

We had to make an emergency visit with our 11 year old boy. They were absolutely incredible from the moment I called and explained the situation. Dr. Hamilton was kind, patient and honest. And all the staff treated buddy with great care and love. We will definitely be making them our regular vet.
