So far out of my two visits, both very positive experiences with the nurses. Both Morgan and Nikki have wonderful bedside manner. I was highly anxious about my visit and they both helped me with the kindest of hands. I had breast reduction surgery and have dressings and drains to be handled and they were both so gentle with me.
One thing out of their control was supply shortages. THAT is my only let down. So unfortunate that they didn’t have all the supplies necessary to handle what I needed. They had to improvise. Seems to be the experience across the medical board starting with West Lincoln Hospital. What the heck is going on?!?

Excellent service from the start - from timely connections to appointment setting and follow up, no lengthy on-hold calls, gentle, caring and helpful, friendly nurses each time I have had to be treated. I wish I had found this place sooner! Thank you!
