“The owners April and Kevin are very professional as well as provide excellent customer service.I recently had them clean our basement carpets which had some areas with deep major stains on them. They weren't able to obviously get them all out but the ones still left ended up being much more faded and not as noticeable.Once the carpets were cleaned, unfortunately an odor of cat urine ended up being very strong in one of the rooms. I called and spoke to April and they squeezed me in after the long weekend to come back and give some of the areas another treatment of a special cleaner/deodorizer.
