I did wait almost 90 after my appointment time but I must say they were great with my cat. Which I may add has never been to a vet.I was told I would get a call back on bloodwork and didn't receive it.I stopped in and they were quite busy. waited to see a vet about the blood work. Unfortunately I had to leave. Mind you a short time later a vet called and made time to let me know the results even though they were busy. So in the end couple hiccups but Beatties did a great job over all.

This was our first visit, and unfortunately, one where we had to say goodbye to our sweet family furbaby. Every staff member that guided us through the process was compassionate and respectful, even answering a number of questions from my son in a way that was direct and age appropriate. We were allowed an abundance of time to prepare before saying goodbye, and then given all the time we needed afterwards once our kitty was resting.Thank you so much to Dr Simon and staff; when we are ready to welcome new rescues into our home, this will be the place for us.
