The PSWs who have cared for my mum have been great. We are grateful.The app however seems useless! It has been down for 5+ Days even after being reported to 2 different “ office” people, the “ live “ chat ( although no one ever chatted back after initial contact ) and a supervisor. Instead of being able to check the app to see who is coming and when, I have to call the office.I’m sure the office people would love it to get fixed so clients don’t need to call daily.
Majority of PSWs are great! We had two incidents where the PSW treated my 88 year old mother with disrespect and frustration. We have a camera setup and caught them almost to the point ot elderly abuse.Called in and filed a complaint. A Police report and Litigation will follow. I know this is a hard job. But if they don't like the work, LEAVE!
I am incredibly grateful for the level of service we received to care for my family member. This was a trying and turbulent time for me and the family - yet the stress of the situation was considerably lessoned by the caring, compassionate and highly skilled staff and personnel. Communication with Bayshore was excellent and the service and care from the PSW’s was outstanding. THANK YOU !!!!
