we had an issue where our AC (20 years old, different company) died on us mid summer and were lost on who to call. On the recommendation of a friend we contacted Adam's Air, and we're amazed at the service! A technician was out same day to assess, and within 24 hours Adam and Shelley arranged to have a brand new AC installed, along with a new furnace (also on its last leg) installed. We cannot say enough, about how great their team was and how quickly they responded during a heat wave in the summer. From pre install to install to follow up we were blow away by the entire company's professionalism, promptness and follow through.
Only positive things to say from our experience. After researching and having eight other HVAC companies do their pitch and provide estimates, Adam not only worked with us to get the best price but he did it even without asking for the other estimates to benchmark with. That established a lot of trust with us and earned our business for installing a multi-zone ductless Heat Pump system, water heater, and some work on our older boiler system (a big job). His team showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and were quick. We need more businesses like his around :)
