Extremely kind and knowledgeable. For my caravan I got an existing key reprogrammed and the key insert fixed, and also a 2nd(new to me) key programmed. They use OEM keys, which is nice. Price was great. I'll be coming back here for any key needs...and a pad lock. Highly recommend!

Excellent service at a very reasonable price.
Our 2018 Mazda CX-5 spare key fob was lost and mazda quoted $840. I purchased a blank online for less than $100 and Richard programmed it and cut the key in less than 15 min. All functions work flawlessly including start, remote and key entry. I'm super impressed with Richard's work and will be coming back and recommending to friends whenever the need comes up!

Great to work with, excellent value & knowledge, set realistic expectations, they're personable and they do things others can't (my classic car cylinders and keys needed help and they came to the rescue).
