I hired Visual Advantage to complete a full iGuide tour with photography for a property in the Lakeshore/Parkdale community of Waterloo. I absolutely love their add on services and was delighted with being able to include an exterior iGuide of the property and Drone Aerial Photography. Booking and payment was simple and easy. My photographer was prompt, professional and covered all areas of the home while providing recommendations and insight along the way. As a Toronto agent this was my first time working with Visual Advantage and I have been absolutely blown away.
