I always have an outstanding experience at this shop for routine maintenance or major repairs — easily one of the best automotive service shops I've ever had the pleasure of hiring. It's a family-run business which has excellent integrity, excellent communication, and excellent quality of workmanship.
They specialize in Volvo (which is why I initially went), but it's very clear they also have deep expertise with other European vehicles like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Porsche. I see locals even bringing their Toyotas, Hondas, Lexus, and Acuras here for work! I never feel upsold/oversold or in any way pressured — just treated with respect and transparency.

I appreciate the service so much, the people are super kind, friendly and willing to answer any questions you have with full honesty. They have helped me out a number of times and always check before doing something to the car. As well as each time it is possible they give me options and explain each choice to help me make an informed decision. They have done an amazing job every time and always check their work to make sure the car is safe.
Peace of mind. I was always worried that if something happens to my Volvo I won’t find someone that knows that car. Now I am so happy that I found Saul and Daisy, awesome couple and excellent knowledge in Volvo cars, the quality of the service is 5 stars and they are very nice and friendly. ?
