Josh recently completed a main floor renovation for us. I am beyond happy with how well it turned out. From planning and designing to execution and completion Josh exceeded my expectations. We are loving our new space and saving up for more work for Josh to do in the future!
I'm so happy with my main floor reno! Josh and team turned four poky rooms into a bright kitchen/great room, generous study and gracious spa bathroom. His suggestions for work flow and storage (my pantry!) were excellent. Josh kept to his budget and time estimates carefully. I especially appreciated his thorough attention to tiling and woodworking details. Thanks Josh.
We recently did a basement renovation with Josh, and were incredibly pleased. We went down to the bare walls, and built a large seating/home theatre area and a home bar.
He was always helpful, in contact, on time and on budget. His attention to detail made even some of the smaller details great.
I highly recommend working with him. We will again.
Update we also recently had Josh rebuild our fence and repair a shower in our home
He takes such care and his attention to detail is great
He always gives you options to control costs if need be too
