First of all, I was relieved to be able to find a black barber/barber that works with black hair in Guelph!
This was my first time cutting my hair so short and I was nervous, but J made me feel comfortable, and reassured me that I was in good hands. We started with a reference photo, and then I gave him creative freedom and I'm glad I did! He checked in with me throughout the process, taking my feelings and preferences into consideration. He also gave me some product recommendations for my hair type and styles I can try. Thank you for such an easy first experience, I'll definitely be back for maintenance and to try new styles.
