Great experience! I was returning an online order and even though there was a bit of confusion on how much my refund was, the employee was willing to explain what the issue was and how he was trying to resolve it. I was able to get my refund, and then get a smile or two in from watching the cats that are up for adoption play.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. I've had bad luck with their Mystery Snails, but they are good about returns. They have set aside a bunch of space to help adopt out shelter animals.

Excellent service bringing my dog in for nail trimming today. Also they carry a large supply of items, and large floor space with wide clear isles. I'm happy to shop here again!
