Our furnace was rendered inoperable by the failure of a nearby leaking water heater(Reliance rental) and Oosterveld was there for us in a crisis...no heat nor hot water in February! Leaving their own families to help ours on Family Day, exemplifies the above and beyond dedication and care this company has for their customers. From Henrik's expertise in carefully assessing the situation, to then dispatching knowledgeable, no pressure Shawn to walk us through options and solutions, and finally to the meticulous installation by Brian and Ryan, who took the extra time to answer all of our questions; not one ball was dropped! The five star quality of customer care did not end with the installation....further, we appreciated the kindness of Claudio and the patience of Liz, fielding any further questions we had. We would highly recommend this local, reputable company for any of your HVAC needs. In a moment of crisis, it was comforting to feel like a part of the family!
