Natalie has been teaching me all the eyelash and eyebrow options as we’ve been journeying to find my exact style and I LOVE each and every time I go to her. Today’s lash tint and brow colour are fabulous. She does great mani/pedi and facials too! All the staff at Natalie Madden are super lovely. The hygiene is spotless, the decor lifts your spirit and the selection of products is wonderful. You’ll be happy you went!“

“First time here. Very polite staff and comfortable environment. I booked an appointment for 3:15 and had to wait about 20 min to get seated with a technician. The nails turned out actually very well, I requested a square shape and they were crispy too! I did the design myself at home because it would have been way too expensive to get it done at the salon. “We have been here on a couple of occasions. Both times because my daughter had tangled hair once due to swimming and another time for different reasons. On both occasions they fit us in to their busy schedule and made time for us, understanding the urgency of the situation. Especially since my daughter had an audition to attend the next day (something I did not even mention to them).I don’t know how to thank Marcia and Shenice enough. Shenice took out all her tangles, and saved my daughter’s hair. Shenice can work miracles. “This was my first time here and Kim is an absolutely great nail technician. Her attention to detail is incredible, by far the best shaped and levelled gel set I’ve ever gotten. After taking off my previous acrylic set, she was careful and able to keep so much of my natural nail length. She listened so well and gave me the exact nail length and shape that I wanted. The environment is comfortable, and very clean. Very highly recommend.“

I originally contacted Michael to inquire about a Keratin treatment as I saw some of his lovely work. However I was undecided about doing keratin and booked an Appointment to see Michael for a haircut instead. I got my haircut on July 27th and I couldn’t be happier. The staff was friendly and Michael was very Professional and friendly as well and gave me a really great haircut. “I booked an appointment (4 days in advance because we were going away for New Years Eve) for a nail service ....it was my first time at this nail salon...... definitely took alot of ppl calling for services...... so my service was being interrupted constantly many times from. People calling.....business is business but as far as I'm concerned when you are with a client time should not be taken PERIOD. unless your client goes go to a washroom or cigarette break.....I felt she was getting annoyed with me because there was a language and j font know the ladies named but the was young and the nail service could of been better but it was my first time there....but I'll go back again but also ill bring it to someone's attention“
