I regret didn’t pay attention to their name due to the stress I had at the moment but those very kind two employees literally saved my day and reminded me humanity still exists! I want to thank them here publicly. This was my first time at Mr lubes for this car and these two employees are the reason I will be back as a loyal customer.

I'm always pleased with the service at this Mr. Lube location. The staff are personable and kind, making you feel genuinely cared for. It's my preferred spot for oil changes and seasonal tire swaps. A recent visit was made even better by Puneet's professionalism and courtesy. He even offered me a coffee, which was a nice touch. I've also noticed a positive change in their sales approach; they're less pushy with upsells now, addressing my previous concerns and hesitation with getting my oil changes here. It's refreshing to see this improvement, making my oil change experience much more pleasant.

I had an exceptional experience at Mr. Lube thanks to Rishab. He went above and beyond to resolve a coolant issue with my car, staying an extra 40 minutes after closing to make sure everything was taken care of. Rishab’s professionalism and commitment to helping me out were truly impressive. Highly recommend this location for outstanding customer service!
