Paula and her team made us feel very special from start to finish as we built our new dream home. We were offered a hot espresso during our consultation and found Paula to be extremely knowledgeable. She recommended products based on very specific requests by us (Canadian made, specific colours and valance style right down to the colour of the chain).Installation came later and Paula’s son Sebastian and their other installer Randy were delightful to work with. Paula is very good with communication and always smiling. She and I worked on our project until I was satisfied. Paula wanted to make sure that we were happy. I believe that she would do that for all customers. I would work with her again.
