Staff were on site quickly and began work. Staff were very professional and kept communicating next steps along the way.Nicole and Rick have been so helpful. They always have next steps planned for us to complete the job.

We had a flood in our basement and FOS was there quickly after our insurance company called them. Trevor and Leslie worked so hard in the following days removing carpet and taking out drywall. The rest of the team packed up our basement and made an accurate list of our damaged contents. Josh was knowledgeable and was there anytime I had a question and walked us through the process. I would not hesitate to use them again. Such great people.. I actually miss seeing them everyday!!
