It was a pleasure to get my eyes checked out at Dr. Yee's clinic. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me (I take forever to put my contacts in). They even had an OCT machine to scan my eyes and I haven't seen this in any other clinic I've been to. They took their time with me and I appreciate this level of care with their patient. 10/10 would recommend and will only be coming here to get my eyes checked from now on.
It was my first time at this Optometrist Office, and the whole patient experience was exceptional from start to finish. Overall great atmosphere with the entire staff being kind and friendly (shoutout to Rob for being very helpful). My exam and consultation with Dr. Alam was by far the best I've had with an Optometrist. She did a wonderful job answering all my questions, and her honesty, patience and professioanlism were very much appreciated.
Overall I had a great experience.Assistants Rob and Natalia were very friendly and helpful at explaining pre exam tests, my insurance coverage, and picking out my new frames. Booking an appointment over the phone was really simple and they have flexible hours too.Dr. Alam was very thorough and patient throughout the exam. She was receptive to any questions I had and provided me options for next steps. Although Dr. Yee did not perform my exam, he was super friendly during my visits.Highly recommend
