He takes the time to listen and understand my issues then provides subsequent treatment and suggested stretches/exercises to alleviate my condition. I cannot speak highly enough of Back in Shape chiropractic practice. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Both Dr Beninger and Dr Nash’s kindness and genuine concern for their patients are evident in every interaction. Not only is this practice incredibly knowledgeable about chiropractic care, but also takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions I have.
