Very happy with our AC install by BAP. Jesse was super responsive and great about following up to make sure everything went well, also got the install complete within 24 hours of quoting! Price was super reasonable compared to other quotes as well and the team was unbothered by our older house furnace/crawlspace setup.
All around great experience with B.A.P. Rebecca was fast to reply for our service request and easy to coordinate with. Zach was able to quickly diagnose the issue and gave us 2 quotes for new ACs within an hour. The pricing was very fair and Zach explained the difference between our options and even took my follow up call when I had questions. We were able to have a new AC installed only 4 days later. The guys were polite, courteous, and clean with all of the work, and we couldn’t be happier.
