Katie is absolutely amazing. She gives the best massages and really makes the most of my time while I’m there! They always have calming music playing and it’s always so clean and welcoming - overall amazing atmosphere. I’ve already recommended Vital Link to all my friends and family. I first met Lisa when I was desperate for an infant osteopath for my colicky son. The endless crying and gassiness was exhausting and after 3 weeks post partum I sought out an osteo after chiropractic help wasn't working. When i say the improvements were immediate I'm not even exaggerating! He was finally happy, content, smiling. It was a literal miracle! I continued to bring my son throughout the first year everytime symptoms started coming back again , and have recommended Lisa to many family and friends, for themselves or their babies.

I was told about Lisa through my public health nurse Christine when I found out my daughter had torticollis, severe neck, back and shoulder pain and also a tongue tie. As a first time mom, it was a lot but Christine talked so highly of Lisa that I gave her a shot. I’m so glad I did because she has been everything and more than I hoped for. Each visit we are welcomed by the phenomenal receptionist and you feel like you’re at home. She’s so kind, helpful and puts a smile on your face. It’s very clean, cozy and calming inside the building. My daughter absolutely adores Lisa and it’s made me look forward to her appointments.
