Five star service.I called mid afternoon and was still offered the same day service.The technician Eathon J was very friendly and professional, we felt very comfortable with him in our home.The work and all costs were clearly explained.The plumbing repairs were completed efficiently with excellent quality.The overall cost was on the expensive side but this reflects the high quality of work and service I received.Overall satisfied customer and would totally recommend Superior Plumbing & Heating.Dean MBurlington
I had pipe burst and my hot water tank stopped working, I contacted superior plumbing at 8 am, and Leo, the tech arrived at 11 am the same day. He called me ahead of time to ensure that I was aware that he we coming. He was very polite and professional. god forbid my water tank fails again, but I would call them anytime.
I had a plumbing issue, Cameron came out to diagnose and fix the problem. He was super helpful from the moment he got there and promptly figured out the cause of the problem. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained the issue and possible solutions very thoroughly. I am happy with this service. 10/10 Would recommend!
