I recently got a 2023 Kia Rio through this dealership and it was a good experience. Geovany was very kind and professional, never once did he pressure me or try to sell me something I didn't want or need.The same can be said for Mark, In Fact he actually helped me save some money on some of the accessories I wanted.Some of the other employees chatted with me a bit as well and they all seemed very kind.The only issues I had were more to do with kia Canada than the dealership in Grimsby. They didn't have the manual transmission version that I wanted and because of that I had quite a long wait.I don't blame Grimsby kia for this though, so I didn't feel... read full review

I went to Grimsby Kia on the advice of a friend, and i'm so glad I did!From the moment i walked through the door, Geovany treated me like a member of his own family. He took into consideration my budget and my vehicle needs, and helped me pick out the best vehicle for my family and I! The level of customer service from ot only Geovany, but the whole team at Grimsby Kia was above and beyond!It's been a full year with my beautiful Kia Soul, and I'm still thrilled with it!I feel safe having such a reliable vehicle that's great on gas, and is a smooth, comfortable and safe drive for my family and I.

Our family has purchased 4 Kia’s- from our daughters’ Rio to the dogs favourite…the Telluride - and recommended others who’ve purchased from Grimsby Kia. What an exceptional dealership right across the board! Everyone from the front line sales and service staff to the owner (yup, he’s always there and hands on) are brilliant!! And then there’s Joy, the admin receptionist. Please don’t ever let her leave, she’s wonderful!! Anyone looking for a dealership that treats you like a member of their family need look no further!!
