All within 24 hours. This company was easy to deal with and had great communication with us. I felt like I can trust them 100%. Was a last minute fix but they manage to completely replace my hot water heater the same day. You get what you pay for. I would recommend them to anyone I know. If you want the job done right. Elaine was very supportive and nice to deal with. Again. Very greatful I hired them.
They were able to diagnosis my problem with photos via text, and did not charge me for their suggestion. What I thought was going to be hundres of dollars was a $1 fix.Kind, knowledgeable, and fair. I'll be returning as a customer if the need arises again!
A clogged sink pipe on a Friday night. I had some success unclogging it with a sink unblocker...until Sunday afternoon. Deprived, I contracted Mr Pipes by courier that same Sunday afternoon. I received a return call within a few minutes and was offered the choice: immediate service or the next day. The next day a very polite, clean technician showed up, he explained the procedures to me in detail as he worked and carried out the job impeccably, leaving the whole space very clean and functional.
