I had a bad experience with a lash tint& lift in the past and was hesitant to try KB in Chelmsford…. I’m so glad I did, Kim was absolutely phenomenal. My apt. was relaxing, there was no burning sensation & I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be booking again.
Update #2.... I spoke with the owner directly today. She was very easy to deal with.. she also listened and expressed many apologies for the events that occured. Thank you so much Kim for turning this experience around for myself and my daughter... UPDATE!!! :( I called the store like you advised me to, I spoke with the manager that was at the store as everyone said Kim Bui the owner was unavailable. The manager proceeded to argue with me about my service that I received and stated it was't their fault as they just opened and that things happen. I explained that the owner told me to call in. Love the new location on the Kingsway (although dangerous for my wallet since it's close to home now!). Went in for a mani/pedi and Moon did a great job. She was so sweet too! The place looks great!!
