Next day appointment for the afternoon :-( to come take a look. Lucked out and tech came hours earlier :-). Long story short, he checked everything and opened up the AC to find an issue with a contact. Little maintenance went a long way to getting us back up and running. With the age of my unit they easily could of steered me to a full replacement unit. But they didn't, just a little knowledge and realistic expectations and we were off.
