Staff are amazing, professional, and very understanding. After-hours staff able to respond in timely manner and follow-up with issues to make sure everything was functioning the next day. Able to squeeze us in despite having a full schedule. 11/10 would use GSPH again and would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable plumbing & heating company ??
We recently moved to Sudbury and to a house with no air conditioning. GSPH was recommended to us and we now have two wall mounted split units providing us with air conditioned comfort. Customer service was excellent and the installation team was extremely knowledgeable and efficient, esp Ed. We will get them back to the house before winter to check out our boiler system. We highly recommend this company.
