“Stay at home mother of three soon to be four, thought it would be a great idea to box-bleach my pre-lightened, grown out hair before bed and woke up looking like big bird from Sesame Street. Yellow and orange polkadot bikini on my hair pretty much…Talk about pregnant hormonal breakdown. I desperately ran around town to salons, being rejected because I didn’t have an appointment… walked into Hair Energy without expectations because I assumed they’d be busy as I know they’re one of the top salons in town… now I know why.
I was instantly greeted with a smile and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I took off my hat and said help me lol. These women quite literally saved my life. I got nothing but kindness, patience, efficiency and honestly one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in years.
Thank you Hailey and the crew for understanding a pregnant woman’s desperate cry for help!
