I was completing an irrigation job in town and was stuck with a plumbing issue. I stopped in at Stevenson plumbing and electric for some advice and needed parts. Not only did they have the parts and tools I needed but answered all of the questions I had( a lot) and got me back into action. I am so grateful how kind and knowledgeable they all were.
I have used Mike's services twice. The latest was a large job requiring new windows, siding, doors and lots of repair from leaks as well as a winter freeze-up. Stay at home mother of three soon to be four, thought it would be a great idea to box-bleach my pre-lightened, grown out hair before bed and woke up looking like big bird from Sesame Street. Yellow and orange polkadot bikini on my hair pretty much…Talk about pregnant hormonal breakdown. I desperately ran around town to salons, being rejected because I didn’t have an appointment… walked into Hair Energy without expectations because I assumed they’d be busy as I know they’re one of the top salons in town… now I know why.
I was instantly greeted with a smile and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I took off my hat and said help me lol. These women quite literally saved my life. I got nothing but kindness, patience, efficiency and honestly one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in years.

Puroclean was our insurance contractor on our claim at the Rotary Centre for Youth. They were with us from the first day the damage occurred to the last day of completion. Once we received approval from the insurers, Puroclean had the removal and restoration ready to go. They arranged the contractors and oversaw the renovation. The job involved plumbing, complete rebuild of the kitchen wall and floor, removal and reinstall of the lobby floor. A big job that got done in three weeks. They looked after the paperwork as well, submitting the invoices to the insurance company. Job well done.

I was away on vacation with my family and had an issue with my vehicle. After some research, I found that it was most likely something simple that was causing multiple errors with my charging and AWD systems. I went to see Dan at Nelson Automotive and he gladly stopped what he was doing to help me. He conducted some tests and reassured me that the charging system was working properly and that my vehicle was safe to operate. I know it was a simple thing for him to do but he provided me with the piece of mind I needed. This is the type of business that can be hard to find today and as the other ratings show, he is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

It was a great experience with Brandy and the team at Carstar in Gravenhurst. Of course, an insurance claim with supply shortages and delays isn’t easy but Brandy was professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable about the best way to navigate the situation. She was extremely accommodating. I would 100 percent recommend the service from their body shop.
