Garrett was my agent for both my recent purchase and sale. He went above and beyond to help. The entire process from start to finish was made easier because of his knowledge and care. He is also a truly community minded individual who is always ready to step up and lend a hand where it is needed. That is where I first crossed paths with him and was instantly impressed with the important volunteer work he was doing. The entire Pedlar team are committed to helping the community, and those looking to buy or sell. Thank you to the Pedlars for everything you do, and for helping me overcoming the mountain I didn't ever think I would achieve with my sale and purchase. It certainly felt like a remax balloon ride instead of a most difficult climb.
