Clean, new premises and Carol is a caring dog parent. The only problem is that she is not always available since she has responsibilities outside Canada.Dogs are encouraged to play and roam free in very large outdoor kennels. Carol has taken care of my Corgi several times and I have never had any problems with her care of my dog.
My German Shepherd and Husky have been coming here for years. They recently changed owners and I have to say that the new owner, Carol provides exceptional service and care to my dogs. She is so kind and loving. You can tell she really loves the dogs. She is also very accommodating. I feel very good leaving my dogs here.
We left our Weimaraner here for a period of about 10 days. After we picked him back up, he was so happy and energetic, and looked to be very healthy. With the past management, he would look very sad after we picked him back up but Carrol exceeded our expectations and honestly we could not ask for a better pet-sitter/kennel. We will definitely come back here without hesitation if we need to leave our dog for some time, worry-free. Very happy with this establishment and would definitely recommend to anyone.
