I would definitely recommend Benmiller Construction for any basement repairs. The job the did for me was completed quickly and was even slightly under budget! Due to water damage, the crawlspace in my home was in real need of repair. The team safely removed the old batt insulation, installed a liner and insulated the space with foam, so we will finally have a warm floor above the crawlspace this winter. They also installed a dehumidifier to keep the moisture level down and avoid repeat issues. Great experience overall.
Needed the crawl space encapsulated/insulated. Benmiller Construction & Insulation were the utmost professional prior, during and after the job was completed. I really appreciated the ongoing communication, patience and detail in the answers to all of the questions I had. I learned a lot about the industry during our conversations. The job was done in great detail where it’s clear it will stand the test of time. I’d recommend them without any hesitation!
Steve and his team helped when my curb stop was leaking. He went above and beyond when there were hiccups finding the water lines (due to the property being older) and did the job in a timely efficient manner.He also helped with extra jobs while on site, which he did not have to do, but did them amazingly and communicated with me the whole time so I knew what was going on and could advise on my preferences.
