“Lovely staff and comforting space. I had one of my pet rats euthanized here in January, and the other passed at home and was cremated in May. It's a bit pricey, but I think that's to be expected of a veterinary service anyway. The only reason it loses one star for me is because the first time I had one of my girls cremated, they said ink pawprints would be included and when I got home they weren't in the bag. I was absolutely devastated at first, but then called, and they said they had the pawprints, but I had to come pick them up. The second time I was there, I had to ask them to check that the pawprints were in the bag, and when they looked, the pawprints were not in there and they had to go and grab them. Both of the times this ordeal happened, I found it to be quite upsetting, especially because I was picking up the remains of my beloved pets.I think as a business they deserve five stars but for my personal experience it's only four. Photo included is the beautiful urns of my two sweet girls.“

“Prim was brought in for an annual check up with Dr. Marshall followed by surgery to have teeth extracted and a lump removed. I’m very pleased to have found a new vet with a great overall team from receptionists to doctors and technicians. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable. Thank you again for taking care of my cat ❤️.

“Just went here yesterday with my dog for the first time absolutely in love with the staff and the place and the atmosphere I'm only going to be going here from now on the vet texts and veterinarians are so professional sweet and kind and patient had to have my dog's anal glands done there yesterday which of course no dog likes getting but I found that Kippy took it very well it cost me half the price of my last vet the veterinarian was super sweet and patient with him my last vet made me put him under anesthesia just for the anal glands but Orleans animal hospital barely needed to medicate him and they did such a great job was so impressed I would give them 10 Stars if I could would highly recommend just wonderful staff All around very very impressed with the service just really loving and caring group of professionals“

DrBoyle and her team assured to explain everything thoroughly and gave us all the time we needed to process the devastating news. They treated our boy with kindness and love, they made us feel so comfortable in the comfort room as we said our final goodbye, every step was done without any rush and was done when we were ready, they were so sympathetic about the loss of our dog. Although we unexpectedly loss a big piece of our family that day the team made it all that much easier. I would recommend going to animal emergency & specialty hospital for any pet emergency. Your fur baby will be in good hands no matter the outcome.“
