I’ve had two issues with a cracked screen in the last 5-6months for my iPhone 11. Both times RJ went above and beyond to help with my phone, answered my questions after hours (was absolutely unexpected) and had my phone ready for pick up on the weekend well after his regular store hours. Very pleasant interactions both times. The price is favourable and knowing my luck I’ll use the services here in the future!
It was a pleasure to meet RJ and learn from how he removes cell phone contaminants, and restores the phone to its working order, as he hunts down the source of the phone contamination. RJ takes the time to explain how your cell phone got contaminated - and how you can avoid repeated contamination. He asks you many questions, in part to determine and seek the source of how the contamination happened in the first place. He charged me a fair and affordable rate for his work.He even took the time to chat with an elderly senior citizen and treated her with respect. My IPad glass was severely cracked and I did some research as to who have what service. The comments for Smart Phone Repair were good and focused on getting the job done for the quoted price and the quoted timing. So I decided to try it. While the store is quite small, the service was amazing and super courteous. The work was done as per the quoted price and timing. I would not hesitate to use this service again and actually probably will as I am sure I will develop other phone or IPad issues. Thanks a ton!
